Ignite Talent Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Global Head of Sales. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving business development, sales, and revenue growth for our client, an award-winning technology start-up.
About the Role
As a Global Head of Sales, you will work closely with our client's founding team and have a direct reporting line to the CEO. Your primary objective will be to develop strategic relationships in key markets, drive business growth, and articulate the value of our client's offering to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client's global presence
- Build and maintain relationships with regional economic development organizations, innovative municipalities, logistics providers, major telecommunication providers, and healthcare organizations
- Articulate and present the value of our client's offering to decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles
- Lead and scale sales teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant sales experience in technology or consulting sales
- Proven managerial experience leading and scaling sales teams
- Enterprise/SaaS sales experience to government entities is a significant advantage
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
