Position Overview:
Senseability is in search of a Global Sales Transformation Leader who will be instrumental in achieving our sales excellence objectives by spearheading the global sales community.

This position guarantees that all sales professionals possess the clarity, skills, competencies, and resources necessary to effectively execute their roles and advance their careers within Senseability.

The Global Sales Transformation Leader will cultivate a sense of community among sales professionals by encouraging open dialogue and mutual support, facilitating collaboration to ensure alignment and clarity in go-to-market strategies.

You will be responsible for designing sales roles, collaborating closely with fellow global leaders to establish clear and aligned responsibilities, accountabilities, key performance indicators, and success metrics, setting the standards for cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales performance.

Your responsibilities will include the creation and upkeep of functional sales blueprints and representing the sales team during process design and technology adoption, in conjunction with Sales Enablement to develop training and coaching aimed at optimizing the productivity, predictability, and effectiveness of the sales team.

In partnership with HR, the Global Sales Transformation Leader will craft compelling job descriptions, align competencies and skills to levels, and establish career pathways that encourage high performance and self-development among team members.

This role is highly collaborative, working closely with various teams including Sales Excellence, Transformation, and other Craft Leaders.

You will aim to cultivate champions across regions and segments to broaden the community's reach and manage key stakeholder relationships with HR, Performance and Planning, Growth, and other relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for role design, including job descriptions, competency alignment, rewards, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
2. Collaborate with Performance and Planning to align sales compensation plans that promote high performance.
3. Create and nurture a community that unites a global network of colleagues for shared learning and development opportunities.
4. Own the capacity planning for the sales team in collaboration with leadership.
5. Work with leaders to standardize global sales roles.
6. Define the essential skills and competencies for success in sales delivery and develop a Craft Academy for skills coaching.
7. Collaborate with the Strategic Workforce Planning team to integrate Senseability's People strategy.
8. Partner with Sales Enablement to develop and approve content that equips sales professionals with necessary knowledge and tools.
9. Document and iterate on Functional Sales Blueprints in collaboration with the Sales Excellence team.
10. Define business requirements for technology that enhances sales execution.
11. Leverage external insights and best practices to innovate and evolve the sales approach.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in organizational development.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and recognized as an expert in the field.
