About the Role

Sage is seeking a Global Craft Leader - Sales Management to play a key role in delivering our sales excellence standard. The successful candidate will create and lead the global sales management community, ensuring all sales management colleagues have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales management strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Lead and manage a team of sales management professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales management gaps and opportunities
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance sales management skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving sales performance
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
