Job Title: Director, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

At PointClickCare, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic partnerships and alliances efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives business growth and expands our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and evolve partnership strategy, articulating partnership hypotheses and defining exceptional value exchanges.
  • Lead a partnerships team to identify, select, finalize, and operationalize commercial agreements with new technology partners that meet our quality, commercial, and technical performance standards.
  • Oversee the performance management of existing technology partnerships, ensuring annual bookings, revenue, and GM targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to integrate partner solutions into our product and commercial strategies.
  • Ensure seamless implementation and support of partner solutions, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and involving partners as negotiated and appropriate.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partner-powered solutions under our brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partner technologies into our core platforms.
  • Monitor market trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and performance managing technology partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical, and market/partnership opportunity modeling skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Salary: $144,000 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level, with individual compensation based on job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience, and work location.
