- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead a team to identify, select, and onboard new technology partners that meet PointClickCare's standards for quality, commercial, and technical performance.
- Manage the performance of existing technology partnerships to ensure annual bookings, revenue, and GM targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into PointClickCare's product and commercial strategies.
- Ensure seamless implementation and support of partner solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee the go-to-market motion and strategy for partner-powered solutions under the PointClickCare brand.
- Monitor market trends and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce and/or Math; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, vetting, and performance managing technology partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical, and market/partnership opportunity modeling skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
