About the Role

Finesightsolutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Partnership Director to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized solutions to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery of services.
  3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  4. Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and account management.
