Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical research unit.
  • Ensure that administrative material and office supplies are available.
  • Place orders, request quotes, and follow up with vendors.
  • Lead archiving tasks and provide support to medical secretaries and other departments.
  • Replace medical secretaries and receptionists for planned or unplanned absences.
  • Greet visitors, sign in visitor logs, and ensure visitors are always accompanied and/or identified.
  • Write meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Participate in KPI data monitoring.
  • File and maintain CRU training documents.
  • Verify invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or vocational studies.
  • Experience working in a reception, administration, pharmaceutical, or CRO environment.
  • Good communication skills in French and English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fast learner, attention to details, good adaptability, and autonomy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
  • Interest in sciences and clinical research.
  • Autonomy and teamwork skills.
