Administrative Coordinator for Stratford Office

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Coordinator to manage our Stratford office. This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate office calendars to optimize productivity.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.
