Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring efficiency and a productive work environment. This includes supervising administrative staff, developing and implementing office policies and procedures, as well as maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
  • Supervision: Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is functional.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
