We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to manage daily office operations at beBee Professionals in Stratford.
This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, supporting staff members, and maintaining a well-organized office environment.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, responding to incoming calls and emails, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- They will also be tasked with maintaining office supplies, ensuring the office is efficiently organized, and assisting with data entry and report preparation.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an office administrator or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
