Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Call Centre Guys Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, as well as respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours of work per week
