Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team in North Cowichan, Canada. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Competitive Compensation Package
