Administrative Coordinator for Legal Services

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director, Human Resources to join our senior management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement human resources strategies to support business objectives
- Lead the evaluation and maintenance of HR systems, including performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits
- Partner with management to resolve employee relations issues and provide coaching and counseling
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends and maintain knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory changes
- Implement training programs and initiatives to support organizational needs
- Manage the corporate IT group and real estate affairs
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive senior-level experience in human resources or a related field
- Demonstrated success in managing change and leading a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
