Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Business Unit Administrative Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our business units, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to regional business units, including onboarding and offboarding new and existing staff, Concur setup, and submitting MYIT tickets.
  • Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate reports and inform business decisions.
  • Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date business information files.
  • Assist with various projects and initiatives across the region, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to resolve workload issues and ensure vacation coverage.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with associates and management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations.
  • Manage training records for field nurses and provide regular reports to BAMs and DNOs.
  • Work closely with other regional administrative assistants to standardize processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Review and follow up on homecare trackers and audits to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail when processing large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn new skills as required.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
