We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Regional Business Unit team at CB Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Regional Business Unit team, including onboarding and offboarding new employees, managing Concur set-ups, and submitting IT tickets.
- Information Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date information from various sources, utilizing this information to generate reports and support business decisions.
- Project Support: Assist with various scheduled and unscheduled projects within the region, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships with interdepartmental administrative assistants and management, resolving workload issues and ensuring vacation coverage.
- Training and Development: Maintain training records for field nurses and provide reports to Business Area Managers and District Nursing Officers.
- Process Improvement: Work with other Regional Administrative Assistants to align on standard processes and implement improvements.
- Education: Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proven accuracy in data processing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, adaptability to change, and bilingualism in French and English (preferred).
