About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bombay Spices. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping tasks, and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
