Administrative Coordinator

Go Trucking is seeking an experienced Operational Officer to join our team. This role involves overseeing office administrative procedures and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in administration. They must be willing to relocate and work independently with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective execution.
- Establish priorities and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures related to record release requests under government legislation.
- Co-ordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry tasks and oversee administrative procedures.
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in administration
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Organized and reliable individual
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Drive, and spreadsheet software
- Competitive salary range ($60,000 - $75,000 per year)
