Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Go Trucking is seeking an experienced Operational Officer to join our team. This role involves overseeing office administrative procedures and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in administration. They must be willing to relocate and work independently with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective execution.
  • Establish priorities and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures related to record release requests under government legislation.
  • Co-ordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry tasks and oversee administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Organized and reliable individual
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Drive, and spreadsheet software
