Job Description:

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (estimated)

This pivotal role plays an integral part in maintaining exemplary patient care standards, driving revenue and EBITDA growth, and creating an attractive environment for top clinical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to Clinic Directors in the South Western Ontario Region, ensuring a consistent, high-quality patient care experience across all clinics.
  • Execute and implement strategic plans and operational objectives in alignment with Lifemark's overarching goals and mission.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity at the clinic level through Regional Directors of Operations, promoting engagement and a sense of belonging among staff.
  • Drive a culture of taking an interdisciplinary approach at the clinic level through Regional Directors of Operations, promoting a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Drive revenue and EBITDA growth by utilizing data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Lifemark as a preferred choice for top clinical talent and possible new acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to uphold Lifemark's esteemed reputation.
  • Efficiently manage operational budgets, optimizing resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets and accountable to the results of their area.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record in leading sizable teams.
  • Demonstrated success in operational management, strategic planning, and driving revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a commitment to fostering inclusive work environments.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management with stakeholders and support functions.
  • Experience driving success in complex environments.
