Job Title: Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and product to drive sales growth
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and team management
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
