The Role

As the Executive Assistant - Office of the CEO, you'll support the CEO and the Office of the CEO, handling sensitive information, calendar management, and travel arrangements. You'll also act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and action items are acted on.
  • Provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel and Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Reconcile and process travel expenses in accordance with company policies.
  • Meeting and Events Coordination: Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Attend meetings as necessary, take accurate minutes, and distribute action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for company-wide meetings and events.
  • Project Support: Assist in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate project activities and communications.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment to a CEO, Founder, or other C-Suite Executive.
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent prioritization skills, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to nurture strong relationships with executives and stakeholders.

Salary Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several global markets. The salary for this position ranges from $76,000/year up to $104,000/year. Our salary bands are crafted with purpose, reflecting the diverse range of skills and experiences that fuel our success.
