PermitMasters is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator - Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage communication channels, respond to inquiries, and support various administrative tasks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Communication Management:
- Effectively manage phone calls and company emails.
- Respond to daily requests from homeowners and industry members, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing estimated service proposals based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
- Manage follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Update and maintain contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Product Knowledge and Communication:
- Become an expert in our services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Marketing and Social Media:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies.
- Assist in managing social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and timely invoices for our clients, ensuring adherence to billing cycles and payment terms.
- Coordinate payment processes to facilitate seamless and timely transactions.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain office systems and ensure the proper functioning of the office.
- Proven experience: In customer relations and administrative roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
