Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MARVEN MASSAGE CLINIC.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have experience working with administrative software, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, and will be proficient in accounting software.
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
You will also be responsible for overseeing payroll administration, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, and assisting with the immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
