As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional service and support to our clients and Advisor team, helping us deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing client account administration, including account opening, maintenance, and resolution of client requests.
  • Maintaining existing client accounts and identifying opportunities to contact clients.
  • Becoming well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and compliant client files.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and understanding manner.
  • Assisting the Advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
  • Coordinating and preparing meetings for Advisors with their clients and prospects.
  • Providing proactive client service and managing incoming communications.
