We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Responsive Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our systems, including customer information and order details.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
