Exterior Building Materials Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Fredericton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales and expanding market share in the assigned territory.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. You will work closely with our retail and wholesale customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
Main Responsibilities- Sell company products and manage assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to grow sales.
- Communicate marketing initiatives and promotions to clients.
- Train operations staff on product and sales knowledge.
- Participate in product training for new employees.
- Use technical tools to provide sales team customer information and planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on product marketing and sales activity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years outside sales experience, preferably in the building industry.
- Experience selling to builders, contractors, and remodelers.
- Strong smartphone and computer skills.
