Strategic HR Leader

TAAG Corporation is a leading accounting and family office firm seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our dynamic team.
The Strategic HR Leader will play a critical role in managing the human resources functions of our firm. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and support our firm's growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and career development plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a professional services or public accounting firm.
- CHRP certification is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
