TAAG Corporation is a leading accounting and family office firm seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our dynamic team.



The Strategic HR Leader will play a critical role in managing the human resources functions of our firm. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and support our firm's growth and culture.



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  4. Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  5. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  6. Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and career development plans.
  8. Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  9. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  10. Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
  11. Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a professional services or public accounting firm.
  3. CHRP certification is an asset.
  4. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  8. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
