Maintenance Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly reliable and organized individual to fill the position of Maintenance Operations Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our office building, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans.
- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure the establishment is secure and compliant with regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance, and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Dependability and Reliability: Demonstrate a high level of dependability and reliability in performing daily tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and contractors.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
