We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team at KPS TRUCKLINES.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, recommending personnel actions, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily operations, including dispatching, routing, and logistics;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including but not limited to hours worked, miles driven, fuel consumption, and maintenance performed;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management;
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and customer service, to ensure seamless operations;
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Degree or certification in a related field (e.g., logistics, transportation management);
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with industry software and systems;
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
