Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at MA General Construction Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage general ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, including account balances and transaction histories.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
