Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial cleaning services. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, increase retention rates, and enhance revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and training needs.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning services, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to staff.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns, and develop customized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve business objectives and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, improving customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operations and improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Maintenance and repair certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Experience working with software applications for facility management, customer relationship management, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and OSHA standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
