Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 11497235 Canada Inc. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Direct and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules, procedures, and policies to optimize hotel operations and improve productivity.
- Guest Services and Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and providing personalized attention to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and requisition materials as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on hotel performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Proficiency in English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
