Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Harbourview Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the smooth operation of hotel facilities, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Guest Experience
    • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase guest loyalty and retention.
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience in hotel operations or a related field is an asset.
