We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 11497235 Canada Inc. This is a permanent full-time position with a 32-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform supervisory duties, including training and mentoring staff, and providing technical advice and guidance.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations, including financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve work problems and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hotel industry.
