Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to staff members.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain organized filing systems, both manual and computerized, and ensure that all documents are accurately labeled and stored.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, team player, client focus, reliability, and work term: permanent.
