Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Travellers Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
