At Falls Avenue Resort Niagara Falls, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to the management team, ensuring seamless operations of our front office.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events and meetings, including seminars and conferences
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Take minutes of meetings and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Handle telephone inquiries and messages
  • Compile data and statistics for reports
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Perform data entry and maintain filing systems

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
