Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial objectives and drive branch productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and discipline throughout the branch.
- Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives, working closely with the Branch Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the success of direct staff, including Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and other team members.
- Promote a customer-centric approach, delivering world-class service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement plans to improve branch operations, including process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or other members of the leadership team.
- High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sales and operational experience, preferably in the construction rental equipment industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
