Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, address customer complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
