Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies

  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
