Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team at Osaka Sushi as a Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and services to attract new customers.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
