Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and services to attract new customers.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
    • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Working Conditions
    • Permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
    • Language of work: English.
