Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet the restaurant's budget and customer demands.
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure profitability and make adjustments as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
