Osaka Sushi is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sushi establishment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect our customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide exceptional customer service to build a loyal customer base.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
