Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage inventory and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Team Management
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
