We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team at Capleo Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving successful project implementation and ensuring seamless change management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expertise and Guidance: Offer consultative advice, guidance, and coaching to organizations on change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Support Leaders and Teams: Help leaders and teams understand the impact of change on people, reasons for resistance, and support transition through change.
  • Act as a Visible Coach: Support leaders, partners, and stakeholders in their role as change champions, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with project managers, business analysts, process improvement specialists, change consultants, and leadership to integrate change practices organization-wide.
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create and implement change management strategies, plans, and frameworks to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Lead Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, training plans, and resistance management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage Stakeholder Identification and Analysis: Identify, analyze, and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment of change management activities with their needs.
  • Ensure Successful Implementation: Ensure that change management activities are aligned with stakeholders to remove barriers and facilitate successful implementation.
  • Engage Clients and Stakeholders: Engage clients/partners and stakeholders actively in the change process, providing a compelling vision of the new organization.
  • Build Consensus: Build consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders on changes designed to meet their needs.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and resistance points, developing plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Conduct Change Readiness Assessments: Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Administer Measurement Systems: Administer measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  • Embed and Sustain Change: Develop approaches to embed and sustain the benefits of change, including knowledge transfer and continuous improvement practices.
