Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quality Homemakers Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Communication: Facilitate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all team members are informed and up-to-date on important matters.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess and evaluate the daily operations of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage Budget and Expenditures: Plan and control the budget and expenditures of the team, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for team members, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are properly coordinated.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
