Job Description

This is a permanent position working 30-48 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience. The successful candidate must have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a related field or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public
  • Process customer inquiries and respond accordingly
  • Operate the switchboard or telephone system
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean workspace
  • Record and relay important information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Send invoices and process payments
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
