Guest Experience Specialist Job Description
Front Desk AmbassadorAs a Front Desk Ambassador at New Castle Hotels & Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. This role requires a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, whether in person or over the phone. You will be responsible for making a lasting impression by resolving guest complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Guests – Deliver a warm and genuine welcome to every guest, ensuring they feel valued and respected.Problem-Solving – Anticipate and resolve guest problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle guest inquiries and requests.Teamwork – Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
English Proficiency – Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Technical Skills – Proficiency in front office software and ability to handle cash or credit transactions.Physical Demands – Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently, with regular need to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Work Environment – Long hours, including standing for extended periods, required.
