Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Taj Handyman Services Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for managing daily operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.
A typical day will involve greeting clients, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Answer phone calls and electronic enquiries, directing clients to the appropriate staff member or department
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team
- Reliability, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
