Job Description

PB STAFFING SOLUTIONS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and support other administrative staff members
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reports and presentations
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations

The ideal candidate will have expertise in correspondence, report writing, and contract management.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy in their work.
